Exercise Tips
Weight is no indicator of need for Exercise

We all know people who can eat whatever they want, whenever they want and as much as they want with no issue with weight gain and with no need to exercise. Perhaps you’re one of these people, thinking yourself lucky and enjoying your good fortune. But unfortunately, weight is no indicator of the need for exercise.

Unfortunately, most people don’t feel they need to exercise unless it is a matter of trying to lose weight. But weight loss is only one factor that makes exercise so important. It’s also about good health.

In fact, recent studies have shown that slim people who don’t exercise are more likely to have health risks such as high blood pressure and blood sugar levels than obese people who exercise regularly.

The bottom line; slim, slender people need to exercise just as much as heavy, obese people do.

Exercise isn’t just about weight loss. It can seem that way sometimes, but exercise is about a lot more. Exercise is the key to good health. I once heard it said that if there is a fountain of youth surely exercise is it, and nothing could be more true.

Think of exercise as preventative medicine. Even if weight loss isn’t your goal, exercise can not only get you feeling your best, it can help ward off a number of health conditions such as heart disease and diabetes.

In addition, regular exercise will help give you more energy which will help you be more productive.

Also, exercise does affect your mental condition as well. People who exercise tend to be happier than those who don’t.

So where does all this lead us? To one undeniable truth, exercise is essential for everyone regardless of weight or waist size.

If you enjoy a comfortable weight and don’t exercise, you need to consider the health risks. By exercising regularly you’ll be doing what you can for your overall health, and you’ll notice the difference right away. That’s the benefit of exercise.
